Ingredients:

  • 4 large pita breads (approx. 400g)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice each pita bread into 8 equal triangles, ensuring pieces are uniform in size.
  3. Place the pita triangles into a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss gently until every piece is lightly glistening.
  4. Spread the seasoned pieces in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they turn mahogany-colored and feel firm to the touch.
