Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (2g) lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp (1g) red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp (4g) fresh parsley or mint, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Zest the lemon first, then juice it. Mince the garlic finely to ensure there are no large chunks of raw garlic in the final dip.
  2. Combine the crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest in the food processor.
  3. Pulse several times to break up the feta, then blend on high.
  4. While the motor is running, slowly stream in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Process for 1–2 minutes until the mixture looks velvety and holds a soft peak.
  5. Spoon the dip into a shallow bowl and use the back of a spoon to create a circular swirl.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  7. Pour the honey mixture into the swirls of the dip.
  8. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and fresh herbs for a pop of color.
