Ingredients:
- 8 oz block feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Combine the block feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Process on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture looks like a smooth, thick cloud and no visible lumps of feta remain.
- Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure every bit of cheese is incorporated, then pulse for another 30 seconds.
- Taste the dip; if it feels too dense, add one extra tablespoon of yogurt and pulse again until it reaches a velvety consistency.
- Spoon the mixture into a shallow bowl and use the back of a spoon to create a swirling well or decorative ridges on the surface.
- Drizzle the honey and olive oil into the grooves, then sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.
