Ingredients:
- 1.5 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk into the blender first.
- Add the Greek yogurt on top of the milk.
- Spoon in the peanut butter directly into the center.
- Toss in the cocoa powder carefully.
- Place the frozen bananas on the very top.
- Secure the lid tightly and start the blender on the lowest speed.
- Increase speed gradually to high for 45 seconds.
- Stop and scrape the sides with your spatula if any cocoa remains unmixed.
- Blend one final time on high for 15 seconds until the sound changes to a smooth hum.
- Pour immediately into a chilled glass to maintain that frosty, thick texture.
