Ingredients:

  • 1.5 large frozen bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt on top of the milk.
  3. Spoon in the peanut butter directly into the center.
  4. Toss in the cocoa powder carefully.
  5. Place the frozen bananas on the very top.
  6. Secure the lid tightly and start the blender on the lowest speed.
  7. Increase speed gradually to high for 45 seconds.
  8. Stop and scrape the sides with your spatula if any cocoa remains unmixed.
  9. Blend one final time on high for 15 seconds until the sound changes to a smooth hum.
  10. Pour immediately into a chilled glass to maintain that frosty, thick texture.
