  • 1 scoop (32g) Whey-Casein blend protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp guar gum
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

Instructions:

  1. The Emulsion Phase: Combine Fairlife milk, protein powder, guar gum, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and monk fruit sweetener in the Ninja CREAMi pint container.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother or mini blender to mix the liquid for 60 seconds until completely homogeneous and glossy with no visible clumps.
  3. The Deep Freeze: Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for exactly 24 hours at a temperature between -10°F and 0°F.
  4. Remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi outer bowl. Lock the lid and select the 'Light Ice Cream' function.
  5. If the texture is crumbly after the first spin, add one tablespoon of milk and select the 'Re-spin' function until a smooth, velvet pull is achieved.
