- 1 scoop (32g) Whey-Casein blend protein powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.25 tsp guar gum
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Instructions:
- The Emulsion Phase: Combine Fairlife milk, protein powder, guar gum, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sea salt, and monk fruit sweetener in the Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Use a handheld milk frother or mini blender to mix the liquid for 60 seconds until completely homogeneous and glossy with no visible clumps.
- The Deep Freeze: Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for exactly 24 hours at a temperature between -10°F and 0°F.
- Remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja CREAMi outer bowl. Lock the lid and select the 'Light Ice Cream' function.
- If the texture is crumbly after the first spin, add one tablespoon of milk and select the 'Re-spin' function until a smooth, velvet pull is achieved.
