Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (190g) self-rising flour
- 1 cup (245g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg, whisked (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Fold with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for approximately 2 minutes until the dough is smooth and no longer tacky.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 7-inch rope and pinch the ends together to form a loop.
- Place bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops and sides generously with the whisked egg wash.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 22 minutes until golden brown (or air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes).
