Ingredients:

  • 4 large pita breads (approx. 12 oz / 340g)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • ½ tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a knife or kitchen shears, cut each pita bread into 8 equal triangles.
  3. Place the pita triangles in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the pita pieces and toss gently by hand to ensure every inch is lightly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning over the oil-coated pita and toss again, gently pressing the seasoning into the bread.
  6. Arrange the chips in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
  7. Bake for 7 minutes.
  8. Flip each chip over to ensure even browning.
  9. Bake for an additional 3–5 minutes until golden and smelling nutty.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the pan to finish crisping.
