Ingredients:
- 4 large pita breads (approx. 12 oz / 340g)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a knife or kitchen shears, cut each pita bread into 8 equal triangles.
- Place the pita triangles in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pita pieces and toss gently by hand to ensure every inch is lightly coated.
- Sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning over the oil-coated pita and toss again, gently pressing the seasoning into the bread.
- Arrange the chips in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- Flip each chip over to ensure even browning.
- Bake for an additional 3–5 minutes until golden and smelling nutty.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the pan to finish crisping.
