Ingredients:

  • 3 large pita breads
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Slice each pita bread into halves, then quarters, and finally into triangles to create roughly 8 uniform wedges per pita.
  2. Place the pita wedges in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss thoroughly to coat.
  3. Sprinkle the fine sea salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano over the wedges and toss again until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C).
  5. Arrange the wedges in the air fryer basket, overlapping slightly but avoiding deep packing.
  6. Air fry for 6–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
  7. Remove the chips once they are golden brown and toasted; allow them to cool slightly to reach maximum crispness.
