Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (120g) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove (5g) Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (2g) Lemon zest, finely grated
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp (0.5g) Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Honey
Instructions:
- Place the crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest into the food processor bowl. Pulse 5-7 times until the mixture is roughly combined and no large chunks of cheese remain.
- Turn the processor to medium-high speed. While the motor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil in a steady stream. Process for 1-2 minutes until the dip transforms from a grainy paste to a velvety, smooth spread.
- Taste the mixture. Stir in the black pepper using a spatula. If using the honey variation, drizzle it over the top just before serving.
