Ingredients:
- 16 oz full-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 packet (28g) dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine the sour cream, lemon juice, and whole milk in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the acidity is evenly distributed.
- Fold in the onion soup mix, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir slowly using a spatula until the powder disappears and the dip takes on a pale, creamy hue.
- Gently stir in the minced chives. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the dried onion pieces to soften and the flavors to meld.
