- ½ tsp (3g) kosher salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp (10g) fresh chives, finely minced
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh Italian parsley, finely minced
Instructions:
- Add the sour cream and lemon juice to a medium mixing bowl and stir together with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the cream, stirring in a circular motion until the spices are fully integrated and no clumps remain.
- Gently fold in the minced chives and parsley using a scraping and lifting motion to evenly distribute the herbs without bruising them.
