Ingredients:
- 11 oz Chocolate Fairlife Protein Shake
- 30g Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp PBfit powdered peanut butter
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 mini peanut butter cup, chopped
Instructions:
- Combine the chocolate protein shake, protein powder, cocoa powder, PBfit, vanilla, sea salt, and sugar-free pudding mix directly in the Ninja Creami pint.
- Use a handheld milk frother or small whisk to mix until all powders are fully dissolved and the liquid is smooth.
- Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours at 0°F.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and scrape off any peak or 'hump' that formed in the center to ensure a level spinning surface.
- Place the pint in the Ninja Creami outer bowl and select the 'Light Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' function.
- After the first spin, if the texture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and 'Re-spin'. Drizzle with melted peanut butter and fold in the chopped mini peanut butter cup.
