Ingredients:

  • 11 oz Chocolate Fairlife Protein Shake
  • 30g Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp PBfit powdered peanut butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate fudge instant pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 mini peanut butter cup, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Combine the chocolate protein shake, protein powder, cocoa powder, PBfit, vanilla, sea salt, and sugar-free pudding mix directly in the Ninja Creami pint.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother or small whisk to mix until all powders are fully dissolved and the liquid is smooth.
  3. Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours at 0°F.
  4. Remove the pint from the freezer and scrape off any peak or 'hump' that formed in the center to ensure a level spinning surface.
  5. Place the pint in the Ninja Creami outer bowl and select the 'Light Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' function.
  6. After the first spin, if the texture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and 'Re-spin'. Drizzle with melted peanut butter and fold in the chopped mini peanut butter cup.
